Okcupid like site by jasonb72

Description

I'm looking for someone who can make a site similar to okcupid.com The site will have some differences compared to okcupid but it is very similar.

It should be built on either PHP framework like CakePHP or codeignighter. I will be providing detailed requirements and mockups.
The code should be documented and structured code.

Feature Requirements :

1. New Member Registration (photo upload, interest areas, captcha, email vaildation, etc)
2. Browse Profiles (all members can browser including free)
3. Search Profiles (by radius distance from your location) (By country) (By US State)
4. Messages (Paied members ONLY inbox/sent items/deleted items)
Non paied members can send flirts and likes like in okCupid
5. create offers pages and create banners for the site.
6. Credit card payment (PayPal, Authorize.net and 2checkout)
7. Ajax chat inside the browser (*Paied members only* like facebook or okcupid.com)
8. Admin module (manage users, approve/reject profiles/photos, user emailing, etc).
9. Create new pages, Edit, delete
10. SEO fields for each page in the admin section.
11. Google Analytics added to the footer
12. template system using tpl files.
13. We are looking for a very AJAX feel just like OK Cupid
